Booking Acknowledgment

In completing the application to schedule a risk-free complimentary one-on-one session I understand that my responses will be treated with 100% confidentiality. I acknowledge that the 1st session is free and that I am under no obligation to sign up for further sessions.

I agree that if I commit to an appointment, I will be on time for our session. Should I be unable to attend the session, I will give at least 24hours notice. I acknowledge that coaching is a deeply personal experience and both Yvette and I will determine whether we are the right coaching fit for each other during this call. I will be free to choose whether or not to sign up for further sessions.

Should I decide to sign up for a programme, I am 100% committed to doing the necessary work to bring about my personal transformation and get the full benefit from the programme.
